Menopause Support and Movement

Menopause can bring physical, emotional, and mental changes, and a feeling that your body is no longer behaving the way it used to. For many women, it comes at the same time as juggling work, parenting, supporting their own parents, and the pressure of trying to hold everything together. That can make this stage of life feel confusing, lonely, or frustrating, even when it's completely normal and what often helps most is the right kind of movement and support, not just "getting through it." What makes it worse is that there is still limited support and understanding for each individual going through it (and that's 50% of the population!).

What You'll Find Inside This Menopause Support Area

Inside, you'll find clear information about what's happening in your body during perimenopause and menopause, real stories from women going through the same season of life, and practical guidance for navigating menopause at work, at home, and in everyday routines. You'll also find nutrition and lifestyle support from expert contributors, movement guidance to help protect your bone health, strength, and energy, and a community space where you don't have to explain yourself to be understood.

This isn't generic advice you've already tried and found didn't quite fit its guidance built around the reality that every woman's menopause experience is different, and your support should reflect that. Whether you're just starting to notice changes or you've been navigating perimenopause for a while, you'll find content here that meets you where you are, not where a generic checklist assumes you should be.

You'll also have access to real questions answered by real specialists, so you're not left piecing things together from conflicting advice online. And because so many women are managing menopause alongside another health condition, everything inside is designed with that overlap in mind, not treated as a separate, isolated issue.

Why This Menopause Support and Movement Programme Is Different

Most menopause advice out there is generic, the same tips repeated everywhere, with little regard for the fact that your body, your symptoms, and your circumstances are your own. This menopause support and movement programme is different because it's built by real specialists who understand the complexity of menopause, especially when you're managing more than one health condition at a time.

You're not just getting information here, you're getting a full support system: expert guidance, real client stories, a community that gets it, and movement strategies designed to help you feel strong, confident, and in control, now and in the years beyond. Every contributor in this programme brings genuine, hands-on experience, from NHS-backed movement guidance to specialist input on nutrition, healthcare navigation, and workplace support.

Instead of leaving you to piece together advice from unrelated sources, everything here is designed to work together, so the exercise guidance, nutrition support, and expert insight all reinforce each other, rather than contradicting one another the way generic online advice often does.

How I Can Help You Move Through Menopause with Confidence

With over 10 years in the NHS, I've worked with women managing menopause alongside conditions like arthritis and fibromyalgia, so I understand how overwhelming it can feel when your body no longer responds the way it used to. My approach isn't about pushing through or ignoring what you're feeling; it's about helping you understand what your body actually needs, and finding movement that supports you, at a pace that works for you.

Whether it's building strength, protecting your joints, or simply feeling like yourself again, I'm here to guide you through menopause with strategies that work in real life, not just in theory. I've seen first-hand how much confidence people gain once they finally understand what's happening in their body, instead of just being told to push through it or wait it out.

That's exactly what I want for you here, not another list of generic tips, but guidance that actually makes sense for your body, your symptoms, and your day-to-day life. You don't have to figure this out alone, and you don't have to keep trying things that were never designed with your specific experience in mind.

So many of my clients are living with more than one condition, and each combination is different – so when you sign up to join the Health Hub, you will have access to all areas.

Visit each one to find out more about what they cover and the support you’ll find there.

ME, Fibromyalgia, EDS and Chronic Fatigue

ME, fibromyalgia, EDS and chronic fatigue-related conditions can be difficult to explain and even harder to live with. Symptoms can be unpredictable and deeply exhausting, which often leaves people feeling misunderstood or dismissed. If you’ve been told to “just rest” or “just exercise,” but nothing has actually helped, this area is here to offer something beyond that.

Arthritis Support and Exercise

You’ll feel the impact of arthritis every day in joints, but it also affects your energy, confidence, independence, work, and family life. Many things that were once simple now have an added layer of complication, and that can be very daunting.
