Prosperity Health Hub
I know how lonely the health journey can feel for many people living with chronic health conditions. I’ve created the Prosperity Rehab Health Hub to give you that chronic health conditions support: bringing together clear and full information, practical guidance, real-life experiences from my clients, and the knowledge of carefully selected local experts that I’ve worked with first hand; plus there’s a community forum for connecting with others who know what it’s like.
Inside, you’ll find resources designed to help you understand and live well with chronic illness, explore your options, and feel more confident in everyday life. I’ve designed it to help you make sense of what’s happening in your body, ask the right questions at appointments, find movement that supports rather than overwhelms and exhausts you, and discover small changes that can make a real difference at home, at work, and in life in general.

Who the Prosperity Rehab Health Hub is for
It’s designed for adults who may be living with one or more of these conditions, while also managing work, family, and busy lives. It’s your online Health Hub for chronic conditions: trustworthy information and practical support you can use, to help you feel informed and ready rather than overwhelmed.

ME, Fibromyalgia, EDS and Chronic Fatigue
ME, fibromyalgia, EDS and chronic fatigue-related conditions can be difficult to explain and even harder to live with. Symptoms can be unpredictable and deeply exhausting, which often leaves people feeling misunderstood or dismissed. If you’ve been told to “just rest” or “just exercise,” but nothing has actually helped, this area is here to offer something beyond that.
Community Forum - A safe place to share, ask questions, and feel understood.
Alongside the learning content, the Health Hub includes a community forum where members can talk to others who are living through similar experiences. This is a place to ask questions and feel less isolated when things are difficult.
I will be there daily to answer questions and offer guidance, and from time to time other experts may join the conversation too.

Meet the Experts Powering the Prosperity Health Hub
Alongside my own knowledge and years of working in the NHS as a Senior Rehab Assistant, the Health Hub also includes contributions from specialists including a nutritionist, osteopath, doctor, menopause specialist, reflexologist and alternative therapist, and grief counsellor. You’ll also find community support for chronic illness in the forum, where members can share experiences, ask me and the other experts some questions, and feel less alone.
Please note: while I can offer education, guidance, and ideas to explore, I am not a doctor. Any information about medication or medical treatment is provided to help you understand your options and have more informed conversations with your own healthcare professional.
