With over 10 years of experience in the NHS, I am dedicated to helping my clients regain strength, mobility, and confidence. Whether you're recovering from an injury, adjusting to a life-changing health condition, or looking to maintain your fitness, my Personalised 121 sessions and supportive low-impact exercise classes are designed to help you move better and feel stronger.

I work with individuals managing a variety of health conditions, including MS, fibromyalgia, asthma, dementia, arthritis, heart conditions, and mobility challenges. I also support clients recovering from surgery or struggling with mental health concerns like anxiety and depression.
No matter where you're starting from, my approach is tailored to your needs, ensuring you feel supported every step of the way. I understand the challenges that come with staying active, especially when motivation is low. That’s why I focus on creating a positive, encouraging environment where progress—big or small—is celebrated.
