It was fantastic watching the Commonwealth Games earlier in the month. So many truly inspirational athletes doing their stuff! These are elite athletes but most 1st Step clients don’t aspire to this level of competitive fitness. They are working on improving their health or fitness, they are working on doing the best with what they’ve got. Whether that is getting short of breath climbing stairs or not being able to keep up with your family.
August has also been a month for juggling family and work commitments during the summer holidays. I understand that lives are busy and that is the driving force behind my memberships – it all allows exercise to fit into even the busiest life.

At 1st Step Rehab Fitness and Support our aim is to make exercise accessible to everyone.
Do you get bored of exercise?
Are you busy working long hours and lack energy for long workouts?
With over 150 videos you can access in bitesize 15 minute workouts (you can do more than one for longer sessions) you will not get that bored feeling. We have created this WONDERFUL Get Moving ONLINE membership that allows you to KEEP moving at your own pace and in your own time. The exercise workouts can be as little as 10-15 minutes or longer.
We help working people/busy mums with low fitness get MOVING again SAFELY.
What Does the Membership Include:
✔️Monthly exercise programs with individual exercise VIDEOS (seated, standing and lying down) so you can see how the exercises are done CLEARLY and at your OWN PACE. ✔️Once a week Facebook Lives on topics such as mindset, goals, nutrition, Q&A sessions. ✔️Private Facebook group for you to ask questions and celebrate your wins. ✔️Full Support and Accountability with a team with NHS experience.
